Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Pros--quickly dissoves onto skin making it a perfect canvas for foundation. I use micro retin-a nightly and the TNS ceramide in the mornings under makeup. I am 48 years old and literally have no wrinkles. The TNS also dissolves any redness from retin a. I have gone without makeup (when I was lazy) and had complete stranger ask me what products I use. I have used it for at least 5 years and am not tempted to try others regardless of cost or claims made by other products. Cons-maybe the cost but this site helps with that some.
