Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Perfect for Retin-A Users
I echo the comments of the other Retin-A users. This is a must-have if you use Retin-A. It absorbs completely - no greasy or tacky feeling. It is my calm after the storm that is Retin-A. I spent way more on products that did absolutely nothing for my angry, dry and flaky skin. This is well worth the cost! This may be my overly sensitive nose but the creme has a very faint scent of spice - cinnamon, perhaps. Definitely not enough to be bothersome or to make me stop using it - simply an FYI for anyone else who is sensitive to smell.

I got this product to use after getting a dermapen treatment with PRP. I read extensive reviews of this procedure and was pretty anxious about the recovery process. I have been using this several times a day since my procedure and I have had none of the dreaded peeling! Definitely a great product!

Great with Retin-A
I have been trying so hard to find a moisturizer that I liked to use with my Retin-A. After returning 2-3 others, I tried this and it works great! It isn't too heavy and it's not greasy at all. It works well with the warmer temperatures and pairs nicely with sunscreen. If I need extra moisture, I can apply a bit more of this cream and it works perfectly. It works well around the eyes as well. I watch a dermatologist (Dr Dray) on YouTube and she's always recommending Ceramides. I can find nothing negative to say about this product. Even the price is good.

Super Moisturizing
This is a great product 7 to 10 days after a chemical peel. It keeps delicate new skin moisturized and protected from irritation while sleeping. I have a tendency to use my hands as a pillow, which often pulls and stretches my skin while it is trying to heal. This thick cream creates a protective layer without the greasiness of petrolatum based moisturizers such as Elta MD Moisturizer. I only use this cream after treatments or when my skin is very dry.

I needed this thick cream in my regimen
I did a quick search on DermStore comparing the ingredients I like found in my regular night time moisturizer and came accross this gem in the search results. I was looking to upgrade my beloved cream to something richer and thicker as I just began a regimen of home peels and rx retin-a for my remnants of adult (and very stubborn acne). This moisturizer is indeed very think! It works beautifully over my actives and serums and also it looks phenom under makeup! It hasn't aggravated any breakouts that I have noticed. I love that I can treat my acne and then "fix" any dryness I've created by applying this product. This product was also highly recommended by some YouTube vloggers I like. Lastly, one day I will likely spring for the TNS essential serum, but for now I will use this product as a segue into that realm. Ps- I considered buying this on amazon, but the reviews there of people receiving fake or expired products wasn't worth the risk to me (hello it's going on your face!)

I first used this after I had a couple of mild chemical peels and microdermabrasion to help clear up some malasma to help my skin heal faster and give deep moisture to my fragile healing skin. IT WORKS amazing! It truly is a miracle healing cream and a also a great night moisturizer because is is very moisturizing and also helps skin cells repair themselves faster. Works OK, but was expecting much more
I was really excited about the ingredients and reputation of SkinMedica's TNS line. However, the texture doesn't work well with my skincare routine. I don't know if it's the other products I use, but this seems to "ball up" and "crumble" on my face. Also, I don't really find it that moisturizing at all. I always have to add something else on top of it. It's not a bad cream; it's just not great.
