Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin A promotes new cell growth and TNS® growth factor nourishes, conditions and seals in hydration.

Cannot beat this product!
I have combination skin and I'm in my early 40s. I wish someone would have told me how much my skin would change and how dry it would get during the night. I use this as a nightly moisturizer, about an edamame pea size. It soaks in fast and best of all my skin looks great in the morning!

This is a great moisturizer! So soothing and I love that it has growth factors! I use most of skin medica products and love them all. I have seen great results. This moisturizer is not greasy, soaks right in. I wake up with baby soft skin. I also find it really soothing after an at home peel. The bottle lasts a long time because a little goes a long way. Does not cause breakouts or clogged pores. I think this really helps keep my skin hydrated and fine lines and wrinkles at bay. Update 2020: Still using this .. still loving this. Rich moisturizer with extras
I started using this product three months ago. It is a very rich/heavy moisturizer with growth factors and other natural antioxidants that is best for dry, normal or combination skin. Having oily skin, I use it at bedtime on the days my skin is irritated or dry from exposure to sunlight or from usage of retinoids. It is very moisturizing but doesn't leave my face oily in the morning.

I have a dry skin and this is my favorite moisturizer. I have tried many famous brands, but none of them have worked better than this one. I use it as my "emergency cream", when my skin is very dry. I see a huge improvement just after using it once.

This is the BEST

Great moisturizer
I love this moisturizer! I use this at night and alternate with Dermal Repair cream during the day. I'll also use it when my skin feels sensitive or irritated. It is super rich and thick and feels like it locks in moisture. I really recommend it, especially after any skin treatments. I love it!

Not overly moisturizing
I bought this cream because of my dry skin, and because I have been using another more expensive cream and wanted to save a little. My skin is very sensitive, and I have used other SkinMedica products, and wanted to try this because of the peptides. I bought the regenerative moisturizer for daytime to use with this. After a week or so, my face has become super red and covered in breakouts. I am not sure if it is this cream or the daily moisturizer, but one of these products has caused my skin to flare up. I have perioral dermatitis and it has made it way worse as well. As far as texture is concerned, it is somewhat thick, but if you're looking for a super thick cream, this is not quite there. I have been using Goop by Juice Beauty Night Cream, which is very thick but not greasy. I may stick to that because it is natural and my skin seems to like that over bottled chemicals.
