SkinMedica's TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream™ restores moisture to heal, mend and soothe severely dry, damaged or compromised skin. Palmitoyl oligopeptide and tetrapeptide-7 regulate cell functionality and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vitamin A promotes new cell growth and TNS® growth factor nourishes, conditions and seals in hydration.

Love this as night time cream
This texture is a bit thick for daytime use so i use it at night and i adore it. It does smell a bit but i find the cream to be so worth it that i dont even care that it stinks. My skin looks more healthy and more evenly toned. I bought a back up just so i dont run out.

I normally use this product at night but have also used it as my day moisturizer. It has a thick consistency but applies easily and isn't heavy and really hydrates. I use it under both cream and mineral powder foundations with no problems. I have normal skin and haven't experienced breakouts. I tried because of the TNS feature. It's a good product and worth a try.

Great for dry skin
I use this as my daily moisturizer, morning and night. I have dry skin and this is a thick cream but it doesn't feel heavy on my skin and keeps the moisture in. Highly recommend. It's also unscented and doesn't irritate my eczema prone skin. My dermatologist suggested it and I have continued to repurchase it and always have it on hand. My only issue is the little foam piece in the lid, it always falls out and without it, the cap doesn't seal completely, so you have to keep track of it and put it back in every time.
