I am 63 and have been taking really good care of my skin for at least 15 or 20 years. I started with Clinique repairware and Estee Lauder night repair. When I moved on to dermatologist recommended SkinCeuticals vitamin C I noticed a huge difference. Then I added various drugstore retinols at night. Another big improvement. Just recently I added the TNC serum. Oh my! I use it in the morning before my vitamin C and my moisturizer. Then again at night before my retinol. My skin looks great! Yesterday 2 young cashiers were staring at me and telling me I was cute! and asking me what I use on my skin. Did I use botox (no!). By the way, I had to contact the company to find out the order to apply the serums. They answered with an email and phone call. There should be more information with the TNS serum (my only complaint besides the high price). I am on autoship.

I would give the product 5 stars except for the packaging. Many of the containers have silver tops that start to shed after a very few uses. Expect little silver flecks on your face that are not easy to get off. Annoying.
