Worth it
This is one of the formulas that has been recommended by my physician and seems to have some actual impact on improving skin. One star off for price (which has gone up) and at times the formula on one side runs out before the other. But a small amount goes a long way and I use daily.

Won’t stop using this again
I had been using this for several years and worked wonderfully. I stopped for about 8 months…and last month noticed my skin was getting aged looking again. Back to thei product and three weeks later- amazing results. My skin is much plumper and looking years younger already - fine wrinkles reduced and overall looking much better. I’m 63 and look 45 again. Yes it’s expensive. But worth it. Just use a little! I also use (just a little) Skinceuticals CE Ferrulic - also totally worth it.

After years of use, and the start of my daughters college tuition, I started using less expensive alternatives. Within approximately two months, I noticed signs of aging in my skin. I immediately switched back to SkinMedica, and started the Advanced TNS serum as soon as it was introduced. I will never again leave the serum. One trick that I learned from a SkinMedica sales rep, is to use a SINGLE DROP of water mixed with a pump of serum. It does help to extend the product.

I have been using this serum for 15 years+ ( even before it was “ Advanced”) I can promise you that there is NOTHING, to my mind, better at pausing the signs of aging, and enhancing the benefits of Botox than this. Is it expensive? Yes. However, the benefits outweigh the cost. It will ALWAYS be a part of my anti- aging regime

I keep buying but not sure
This product is iffy. First off, I wouldn’t say it is Botox in a bottle like they say. I’m 45 and I’ve been using this product for over 3 years and YES, you still need to get Botox! Lol! It does provide the skin with a slight glow but it makes the palms of my hands peel like when I get them wet, they look like I’ve been in the tub for hours. Once when I did a medi spa treatment, I discontinued using this for two weeks prior and two weeks after and the palm of my hands did not have the issue so I know it’s this product. Second, it’s overly expensive for what it does do. After 2 years of use, I started instead of twice a day, just using at night and it did not change the results of the product. Third, it’s easy to get a DUD bottle where only the white cream pumps out and not the clear. I’ve had that happen more that 4x’s and they never made it right for me just a big oh well. Overall the texture is good and I feel like the ingredients are good. I keep in on hand but after years of use, I don’t see that my skin is improved but I am getting older also I do like the subtle glow so I do continue use several nights a week. I can tell you 💯, it is not something you have to use morning and night. From my experience of doing it as recommended for YEARS, to only several nights a week, it makes no difference in results.
