SkinMedica's Purifying Foaming Wash efficiently removes dirt, oil and impurities from clogged pores to reduce breakouts. Salicylic acid and tea tree oil gently exfoliate while neutralizing acne-causing bacteria. Botanical extracts of witch hazel and allantoin calm irritation and balance oil production for a clearer, more even complexion.
Key Ingredients:
- Salicylic Acid 2.0%: a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) with keratolytic activity to help reduce the number of acne blemishes
- Tea Tree Leaf Oil: a natural preservative known for its purifying properties
- Witch Hazel Extract: mildly astringent, it helps reduce the appearance of enlarged pores. It is also an effective antioxidant

Moisten skin with warm water. Dispense two full pumps of Foaming Acne Wash into palm of hand, apply to face and gently massage over entire face for one minute. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

As someone who has literally always had acne prone skin I have finally found a cleanser that does the job! I consistently used this cleanser morning and night for one month and LOVED the results. I did have some purging after about 2 weeks, but it is done and my skin is clear and feels amazing! I love that this cleanser makes my skin feel clean and calm without being red or overly drying, though I do follow with a moisturizer afterward. If you’ve been debating on a new cleanser and you have acne prone skin, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

I’ve been using this purifying foam wash for quite awhile now. I do have acne prone skin and found this product to be gentle but effective for everyday use. It isnt drying like other products and I have even gotten my teenage son to use it and it has made a difference in his skin as well.

I have sensitive, acne prone skin. It has significantly purified my acne and also helps with scars. make sure you wash your face for 1 minute as the instructions say, I’m a big foam cleansing lover and this just feels so soft and purifying on my skin. I feel like it’s also gentle enough to not strip my skin. Best cleanser I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a ton!
