So glad I tried
I was VERY hesitant to try this as I have tried many plumping systems in the past that didn't work. But this was different. Within a few days of using this, I could tell a huge different in how not only my lips felt but how much bigger they looked. It definitely enhanced the fillers I have already gotten done. This stuff is awesome
This kit is great! You put the blue one on, let it dry, and then do the gray one. It really plumps your lips out and creates a slight tingling/fullness feeling. Awesome to put on with morning makeup or before putting lip color on. I'm going to purchase it again once the one I have runs out! Note that the dispenser can be tricky to use. I had to click it and shake it like a hundred thousand times before I could get it to come out the first time I used it. I was worried I had a broken one! Once I got it working though, it hasn't caused any more problems and works every time I use it.

This product works great! But only if you are patient...
I have used Skin Medica lip plumper for years and it does work. This is the newer version. The older version worked great but I think this one is even better. You cannot use this product for just a week and expect results. In fact you need to give it at least two to three months. Be patient and use it faithfully both morning and at night and you will see results. Then you can either continue both morning & night or do what I did and switch to night time use only (which saves money). Of course you have to have realistic results! It will not make thin lips huge and pouty but it will give your lips some oomph and a bit of volume. It has certainly worked for me. There's no scent, the texture of the 1st tube is creamy & the actual plumper is rather thick and gooey. When you open a new set you have to turn and turn the tube about 20 times until something comes out - that is the only negative thing about it. I wish it were packaged so that it came out right away and you could see how much you have left in the tube. My lips were paper thin and now look! They are not huge but they are definitely bigger.

Love this brand but this fell short
For me, it was sticky (which I hate) kinda got gummed up and overalll I saw no improvements. So I wouldn't recommend this.

Bought this after reading reviews promoting its effects. Disappointed. The two tube system does not work. The first one for moisturizing is not as moisturizing as Aquaphor. The second "plumping" tube does not at all. There is a very mild tingling that leads to nothing. Product is sticky. Tubes are very small and do not offer a generous amount of product. Nuisance to keep turning dial until it clicks revealing product. Then product continues to ooze out after you stop turning. Wasting & losing product. Overpriced & ineffective.

WASTEFUL APPLICATOR
Purchased twice, but I wish SkinMedica sold the smoother and plumper separately. The plumper is just way to sticky and glossy. If you like a lot of gloss, you may like it. Some SkinMedica products are definitely worth the price, but this is not one of them. The applicator is over-complicated and wasteful. You turn the bottom, which clicks with each turn, until the product comes out. When it finally comes out it's often too little or too much . Since both have only .05 oz of product in each, you can't afford to waste a single drop. The smallest SkinMedica sample I have has .13 oz or almost 3x larger. A simply squeeze tube would be more efficient, but a tough sell since it would smaller than their samples. FYI. After I emptied mine, I took off the plastic applicator tip and found there was still enough product underneath the tip for several more applications.

Expensive for very small amount of product
I really like this product BUT I wish I had looked more closely at the description before purchasing. There is only .05 fl. oz. of product in each tube!! Geeze, this stuff is going to run out very quickly! Most other high end lip products have .25 fl. oz. or .34 fl. oz. Wouldn't buy again with the high price tag and very little product.
