Good product
I have this product and I like it a lot. It's very soothing and hydrating for your lips. I don't use it often enough to notice any long-term difference but it does have a pretty immediate pumping affect

I love the ha5 hydration part of this 2 step. It's moisturizing and goes on smooth. The plumper is just ok... it doesn't do too much I feel. But it's nice because it's not too tingly. Overall nice products, but they are expensive for small tubes. The plumper is also a little sticky.. says it can be layered under lipstick but when I tried that my matte lipstick wouldn't dry. Sort of annoying

Nearly useless
This is not even remotely moisturizing. Step one leaves a film on your lips that can gather in the corners during the day. The second layer is the slight burning step. Plumping isnt what happens but more like a smoothing effect due to the goop in step one. Applying lipstick over these layers is goop city. It's just yuck. Then it wears off and your super dry lips are exactly the same a few hours later. Stick to regular all natural lip balm. This stuff is a big waste of money.
