Based on its key ingredients, I expected to be pleased with this intensive moisturizer. After cleansing, I applied a light layer to my face. The texture was slightly tacky and not especially pleasant, but I waited to see its effect on my skin. An hour later, my face feels tight, which is not the result I want. I'm so glad I used a sample and didn't pay for this expensive product.

I got a facial and asked the aesthetician what's the ONE product I should be incorporating into my skincare routine for preventative care (I'm 38) and she said hyaluronic acid. I have very dry skin, especially in the winter, and this took care of my dry patches immediately like none of my moisturizers do. It's smoothed out my skin's texture and my face doesn't feel tight throughout the day. Only complaint is I wish the packaging was clear so you could see how much you're working with. I've been using for a couple months but no clue how long I can anticipate the bottle lasting. I will still purchase again when I'm out.

I've tried both this serum and the SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier and I prefer this one! If you suffer from dry skin and moisturizer isn't enough, try this! It has been a game changer for me. I apply in the AM after vitamin C and before moisturizer and sunscreen, and if my skin is really dry, again at night after serums/before moisturizer. It's a splurge but totally worth it in my opinion!

Did not do a thing for me...
There was so much hype about this product so I decided to give it a try. I really wanted to like it and at this price I was hoping I will see a difference in my skin's texture. But I did not. It seemed my skin did not absorb it at all, this hydrator just formed a film on my skin, a layer I could roll off my face. Like I said, I really wanted to like it, but it did not do a thing for my skin.

I've been doing microneedling and need a hyluronic acid for after. I feel like I have tried them all and never really felt any worked well and would even start to peel off, and felt sticky.
