SkinMedica AHA/BHA Cream is a rich cream that combines alpha and beta hydroxy acids to deliver effective exfoliation and efficiently remove dead skin cells to reveal fresh, healthy skin. Enriched with vitamins C and E, this anti-wrinkle cream diminishes fine lines and hyperpigmenation, while nourishing and protecting the skin from free radical damage and promoting elasticity for a rejuvenated complexion.
Apply twice-daily to face, neck and decollete. Mild temporary stinging is normal. Avoid getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water.

I'm Black American and in general, I have always had pretty clear skin without too many blemishes (I eat lots of veggies and drink teas and water), but I do feel like when I use this cream my skin looks even brighter and smoother. I find that I shouldn't use it every day because it can be drying for me, so I've gone back to using it a few times a week.

Skinmedica products overall are my favorite for keeping my skin in good condition. I found a little goes a long way & this facial cream works well. Along with the other good products I use this cream is great used 1x a day in evening or every other day depending on my skin needs. I do wish there was a larger size though , perhaps a 4oz.. for about the same cost! This is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5..

Very high surface level exfoliant without making your skin overly sensitive. If you skin is on the dry side, I recommend cycling it on days you're not using any retinols or other resurfacing topicals. Within a few hours, I can feel the top layer of dead skin coming loose, so I recommend only using this overnight to avoid any cakey-ness on your makeup in the morning.
