SkinCeuticals Simply Clean is a refining gel cleanser that gently removes excess oils, makeup and debris, leaving the skin feeling perfectly pure and fresh. Formulated with botanical extracts, this facial cleanser works to soothe, nourish and hydrate, while hydroxy acids exfoliate, resulting in a smooth, supple texture and clear, radiant tone.

- Fruit Acid Blend: works synergistically to gently exfoliate dead skin cells.
- Botanical Extracts: chamomile and aloe have softening properties to soothe and calm the skin.

Worth every penny I paid!
I just started to use it. I have sensitive skin. Im always trying different cleansers. The problem I had with some cleansers is that it left my face feeling too dry or I would have some allergic reaction to an ingredient. The after the first time I used Skinceuticals Simply Clean cleanser - my facial skin didnt feel overly dry and I didnt get any allergic reactions. I was very pleased how it cleaned my skin. I dont regret buying it. We only have one facial skin and its worth investing in good made products.

Not the same
If you loved the previous cleanser then you will not like this. About 2 years ago I started using skinceuticals products and my skin has been perfect! I suffered from adult acne, not bad but a few pimples and occasionally cystic. I used Simply Clean every evening to wash my face and not a single break out!! I was raving about skinceuticals skincare because it changed my life. I no longer needed full coverage foundation adding extra time in the morning to get ready. Two weeks ago I started the new formula and it is not the same! It does not clean as well as before and I barely wear any makeup! The texture is thicker and it takes more effort to lather up. It also requires extra rinsing too. I currently have medium sized acne on different areas of my face. I'll continue to use in hopes that my skin is adjusting. I'll also try the other cleansers before giving up. I'm so disappointed. The products I use daily are B5 gel, CE ferulic, daily moisturizer, and eye balm.

Good cleanser
This is a good cleanser, I like that it comes in a pump bottle. I do prefer the exfoliating scrub to this cleanser because I feel like it leaves my face cleaner. A lot of times I find that I actually have to clean my face twice to get all of my makeup off with this cleanser. For that reason I would not buy this again and will be searching for a different product to use.

Overall this will probably suit your needs for clean, fresh skin. The texture is nice and it lathers very easily, and one bottle should last many months. I'm not necessarily wowed by the product so I do plan on switching to another brand just to try something else out, but I can't give it a bad review or anything.
