Bad packaging
This is a great product. If you are using a vitamin c or aha you really only need the .3. I went up to the .5 and it wrecked my skin. Even doing 2 nights on 5 off. The reason I gave this a 3 is because of the packaging. So much just oozes out once you squeeze some out. Then you have to jam the cap on. It would be great in a pump bottle because it isn't that thick.

Maybe my magic solution
This is my first time using retinol - so far its been a little over 2 weeks and I normally have pretty sensitive skin however I have not had any negative reactions/drying even though that is normal and to be expected for a first time user of this product. I moved up to using it every night very quickly of course everyone is different. But in addition to a few other Skinceuticals products I really think my breakout prone skin is looking a lot better. I typically do not try new products because nothing has ever worked for me...so crossing my fingers I found the magic solution!

First timer, treating me decently
I have no other experience to compare this to, but it seems to be treating me well as a first timer. I use this twice a week, and have been doing that for a month and a half now, seems to be helping.
