Helps cell turnover without stripping...
I use some high-power products on my face (e.g. AHAs, BHAs, etc), and this is at most a mid-range exfoliator (at very least on my skin). I like that it includes powerful ingredients in a relatively moisturizing base. I usually layer this over Phloretin every other night and it helps to keep my face relatively clear and unblemished.

I used this entire bottle before writing this review. I will keep this product in my inventory. I used this daily at AM regimen. I noticed a difference in my forehead area where my fine lines have become non existent! I see the appearance of fine lines almost gone. I was really reluctant to purchase this product based on prior reviews but I know moving forward I will be trying products myself and not basing on reviews.
