Received this as a sample size in bundle product. Within 8 hours after use (applied at night) my face was bright red, inflamed, swollen and beginning to blister. Within 36 hours my face was covered in tiny whiteheads (allergic contact dermatitis) and multiple areas were blistering. Took around 5 days to clear up, and my skin was incredibly dry, rough and sensitive for a couple weeks after. I'm very careful with new products, and didn't use it until about 5 days after my last application of any treatment serums. By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I've never had any problems with any other Skinceutical products,.

I received this in a kit and initially didn’t know what to expect. It has turned out to be one of my go to serums with SkinCeutical. I have definitely noticed a diminishing in fine lines and the serum texture is really nice, glides on and isn’t sticky.

I love SC, but this product is such a bad apple. It’s pricey for sure, but made my skin break out in such bad hives I’m surprised that there isn’t any warnings about what skin types this could upset. I have normal skin for the record. There are other similar reviews, so I wonder if this product is for a specific skin type. If so then the company should be a bit more responsible about indicating ingredients that could cause people these severe reactions.

I really wish I could upload a picture here so everyone can see my skin. I'm pretty normal...I'm not really allergic to anything and my skin is NOT sensitive at ALL. So when I say that this product completely WRECKED my skin, that's saying something, because I literally NEVER break out. It took me a minute to figure out what was causing it...I wake up with dry, itchy, beet red skin and it takes DAYS to heal. Finally figured out this stuff is the culprit. This, paired with the ridiculous price tag and the fact that it did NOTHING for my fine lines/wrinkles makes it the worst product I've ever used.
