This cleansing gel delivers mild foaming action to refine a dull and uneven complexion while replenishing hydration leaving skin feeling refreshed, renewed, and conditioned.

Just OK face wash
This is a good face wash for sensitive skin. Non-irritating and not perfumed. I do have some trouble getting all my makeup off though. I will be trying a different formulation next time that is supposed to get waterproof makeup off.

This is a great cleanser. Better than the sensitive SkinCeuticals one where my face still had makeup left on it. This one seems to clean it well and you can tell afterwards. Hasn't dried my face out and that was a concern of mine. Would buy again.

Fantastic for combination skin
I have very sensitive combination skin. I use the Purifying Cleanser in the morning and I use the Gentle Cleanser in the evening. I use the Purifying Cleanser on my oily T-zone, its gentle yet the glycolic acid keeps my skin clear.

This is the best cleanser Ever!
Pure, silky, clear, perfect, great for summertime. I have greasy oily skin and scalp. You can wash your scalp, face, and eye area with this cleanser. Great for sensitive eyes. Does not contain any harmful chemicals.

Nice cleanser
I really like this cleanser, being it's the first one of tried from Skinceuticals. I've never used a glycolic cleanser before and was apprehensive how my skin would feel afterward. I bought it might make my skin too dry, but it doesn't at all. My skin feels conditioned and not overly dry or "stripped" feeling after using this cleanser. The description says "foaming lather": I'm not sure where that description came from, but mine definitely doesn't lather like other gel cleansers. For me, this isn't a make or break selling point. If you love a good foamy lather, this will not give you what you're hoping for. It does however perform well with everything else it lists. I would definitely repurchase this cleanser. Ps: even coworkers have been noticing a more radiant and even skin tone. I've also been using the skinceuticals CE Ferulic, HA Intensifier, and Resveratrol B serums.

Can't exist without it!
I LOVE this product and have been using it for years and years. When my aesthetician's office could no longer supply it, they substituted a product with a perfumey smell in a container that it took both hands to open. So I had to find a source for my purifying cleanser. The pump top bottle makes it possible to apply it to washcloth or mia brush without having to put something down. My only disappointment is when sometimes it is out of stock for weeks.
