SkinCeuticals Purifying Cleanser combines glycolic acid and glycerin to simultaneously remove impurities and hydrate the skin. This cleansing gel delivers mild foaming action to refine a dull and uneven complexion while replenishing hydration leaving skin feeling refreshed, renewed, and conditioned.

Gentle effective cleanser
I have oily skin even after I hit menopause! This cleanser gently cleanses and exfoliates my skin. Congested areas have improved. No flaking. Just nice clean skin. I order several bottles at a time since it's frequently out of stock. I don't want to run out!

Excellent cleanser
This is one of two Skinceuticals cleansers that I use, the other being the Gentle Cleanser. I like it because it cleans without stripping my skin. But like some other reviews have said, I really dislike the underhanded way they raised their prices by charging the same for a smaller amount. Will I keep using the products? Yes. And that's what they banked on.

Not my favorite..
I purchased this cleanser at the recommendation of various staff members at my local cosmetic center but I can honestly say that I am not a huge fan. It does leave your skin feeling fairly clean and I love the packaging but, in my opinion, it is really nothing special. There are much better cleansers available for the price. I personally prefer their HLA cleanser, it is a game changer!

this cleanser is so so ..
never tried skin ceuticals so gave this a try.. formula seem very thin it makes my face feel cleansed but its not may favorite. def like my is clinical cleansing complax better. wouldn't repurchase

Did the formula change with the packaging? I used to love this, but after getting this to refill my old bottle (previous packaging) it has irritated and dried out my skin so much I have had to switch to much heavier moisturizers.
