Gentle cleanser
I usually purchase the LHA cleanser but when dermstore was sold out I purchased this one as a replacement. It is wonderful. It cleanses the skin without leaving it feeling tight or dry. The only reason I didn't give it more stars was because I prefer a stronger cleanser to prevent acne.

Gentle Cleanser
I bought this cleanser because I wanted a gentle, non-foaming cleanser, and I wanted to have BHA, in this case, glycolic acid. I did not want salicylic acid in it because of the possible harm during pregnancy. I am not pregnant currently, but possibly planning on it in the next year, and wanted to try cleanser out. Currently, I use salicylic acid as needed topically, and would stop if I got pregnant. I am very happy with the glycolic acid in this cleanser and I my skin is generally sensitive and tolerates this great. I love SkinCeuticals, the brand is very reliable and high end. Overall, I am very happy with this cleanser.

I Have combo / oily skin, Type IV , and this product is great for everyday. I really like that it's active ingredients get me through a month between facials. It doesn't lather like a sulfate lather would and doesn't really remove makeup. But , for its purposes of exfoliating, this is a go-to. I use it at night, sometimes in conjunction with a peel pad For nose and breakouts.
