SkinCeuticals Purifying Cleanser combines glycolic acid and glycerin to simultaneously remove impurities and hydrate the skin. This cleansing gel delivers mild foaming action to refine a dull and uneven complexion while replenishing hydration leaving skin feeling refreshed, renewed, and conditioned.

Clean, smooth
There’s zero lather with this cleanser. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but with most gels, I was expecting at least a slight lather or foaming up a bit. I had to check and make sure I wasn’t using something other than a cleanser! It does seem to do a good job though because when I use my toner after cleansing, there isn’t any residual on the cotton pad. It doesn’t feel drying to skin and doesn’t irritate at all.
