Sensitive skin savior!
I have extremely sensitive skin and this is my go to mask after treatments, facials, laser therapy and waxing. It doesn't help so much with the redness, but it makes my skin feel SO much better after getting treatments. It has a cooling gel sensation and a little bit of product goes a long way. It works so well, I've never had to use it more than once after a treatment, so it's more of an as needed mask. The smell is extremely similar to men's gold bond powder, but it goes away once you wash it off.

First Impression
this gel mask is good for helping chapped or winter wind burnt skin. I got it for post winter walks/runs and it has done a good job rehydrating and soothing my winter skin. I don't know if this is a must have for everyone. But it is great for folks who like the outdoor and want to save their skin post wind or sun. Or some one who has really reactive skin. Longer use would be needed to know it sun discoloration improves over time. The sent is naturally herbal, but not perfumed. Mask Texture is gel that melts to a liquid. With a cooling sensation but doesn't have a tingling or burning.

Not a rosacea fix
I have nothing negative to say about this product. It's hydrating, the science behind it checks out, it's not irritating, it might even be calming. I was hoping it would mellow out flare-happy, rosacea-prone skin, and it hasn't seemed to do that. Sometimes my skin will flare even as I'm washing the mask off. I didn't find it irritating, and it probably helps people with minor inflammation, but it's no match for activated rosacea.

I have very red / sensitive skin and i found that while i wear it the masque is cool and provided a relief from itching. I like to wear it as a sleeping masque b/c I just wear it for 15 mins or its it's much harder to tissue off and leaves behind a green residue. I would say that I like this as a sleeping masque and it does make my skin feel soft in the morning but I don't notice much of a difference in skin tone / redness relief
