Refuses redness and soothes skin
I got this for my husband, who has rosacea and has been completing a series of IPL treatments. He uses it usually after showering following any workouts, etc. Basically when he can following activities that aggravate his rosacea. He loves it. He says it feels amazing- immediately cooling and soothing his skin, and it has the lasting effect of reducing redness- not drastically, but noticeably.

The answer to retinoids
My skin seems to have the worst time adjusting to even the most mild, theoretically sensitive skin approved retinoids and this is one of the few things that has really seemed to counteract irritation from the start. Stings at first when my skin is especially sensitive, however, this goes away within a few min and then has a quite soothing effect. Early yet, but very happy with this product so far.

Incredibly soothing
I've been using this mask for the past couple of weeks and while I haven't noticed a huge change in redness, the irritation of my skin has definitely calmed down. I have sensitive, acne-prone, dehydrated skin that can break out in dermatitis patches within 10 miles of an ingredient it doesn't like, I swear. So I'm always hesitant to try a product like a mask because it's supposed to pack a punch and my skin isn't very agreeable. I really do like this mask though- it's very soothing, has a nice natural chill to it, and most importantly doesnt sting or cause any negative reaction during or after. I'm definitely planning to stick with it every few days to see if redness starts to subside.

Great for irritated skin!
I got this product before going to Kauai because it was recommended for after sun. Unfortunately, I got more sun than I hoped and used this product A LOT! It is amazing for stressed skin. Used it on my face and body!! I now use after applying retinols, which are so drying. I apply it at least a couple of times a week, at night, and leave it on overnight. I also use it after skin stressing activities like wind and sun exposure (skiing). I have even given it as gifts! Another great skinceuticals product!
