Give skin a boost of hydration with the SkinCeuticals Phyto Essence Mist. Formulated to strengthen the skin’s barrier, the lightweight facial mist offers an instant soothing effect.
The essence features a phyto botanical blend, including boldus leaf, cucumber, thyme and rosemary extracts, which helps to minimise the look of redness. Hyaluronic acid and glycerin work to enhance skin’s moisture.
Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, the hygienic mist can be applied before and after makeup to maintain a refreshed and hydrated complexion throughout the day.
Free from parabens, alcohol, gluten, and silicone.
Close eyes and mouth before application and spray the hydrating mist 6 inches away from the face. Apply mist in the morning after cleansing and toning, and before moisturising. Reapply throughout the day to bare skin, or layered on top of makeup.

great for reducing redness
I purchased this for my client (mid-20's) to try (I'm an esthetician) because she's had some breakouts and resulting pigmentation. This product spritzes very lightly with a fine thin mist. I actually wish it was a little more viscous and less watery. I also wish the spray nozzle let a little bit more out with each spray. But overall, it feels cool and refreshing and dries quickly. Not sure if it makes a difference in inflammation or redness. But it certainly does not irritate either! I only use about 4-5 spritzes in AM and PM as part of my regimen. I use it over other serums and under my moisturizer.

I don’t know why this doesn’t get better ratings but I like this spray. I love giving my skin a spray after washing and moisturizing or even midday for a refresh. No sticky film either. I’m a fan of the phyto line of products so if you’re not used to them I guess I could see why you might not like this.

The price put me off, but I've been on the hunt for a hydrating toner ever since Luzern stopped making their amazing toner (still haven't fully recovered from the loss). This product does a good job of hydrating and soothing the areas of my face that are now prone to sensitivity and dryness due to over exfoliation in the past.
