Summer staple
This will be a Summer staple when I'm at the beach, or the weather is hot and humid. Its water resistant so I can play in the ocean, or sweat and be protected without constant reapplication. I also love it under make-up as it has a nice texture and isn't heavy. I alternate with the Elta MD sunscreen, on days when I'm not at the beach, i have found that it doesn't break me out, but as others have reported, sometimes it can cause a slight sting and I credit this to interacting with other products that I maybe using, like Salicylic/Glycolic products. Overall a great product!

Didn't work for me
I usually use Skinmedica, but wanted to try this as I do like more of a liquid product, but this left a little bit of a white cast that I couldn't get past. Had to return. Texture was nice, though.

I've reordered this three times now and I'm using it daily. It replaces my foundation in the summer and I feel good knowing I'm protected from the sun. The tint is slight, but makes a difference. Great at the pool! My complaint is that it burns my skin some days, especially near my eye area. It calms down pretty fast, but would not recommend for sensitive skin.

Get the Dermstore Daily Mineral Sunscreen instead! I love skinceuticals which is why I bought this sunscreen but I am not a fan. DO NOT get this sunscreen if you have sensitive skin or in general. I use skinceuticals facial cleanser and LOVE it, but this sunscreen was a waste of $40. Every time I would apply this sunscreen it would burn and irritate my skin. I'd like to mention I would not label myself as someone with sensitive skin either. I can only imagine how it might irritate someone who has sensitive skin. Go with the Dermstore Daily Mineral Sunscreen instead. It is $5.00 cheaper and way better! I love the texture of Dermstore's Mineral Sunscreen and IT DOES NOT BURN MY SKIN! so gentle and soft.

I've worn this every day for 8 years
This is the best tinted sunscreen I have found. I am a red head with very fair skin so I am always looking for products that provide sun protection without the white cast that typically accompanies zinc. I've been using this for years every day. The covereage is sheer and the consistency is very fluid and easily blendable. When I was in my early 20s I would wear it without any other face makeup. Now, in my late 20s I wear it as a base with a touch of concealer where needed. It adds a glow to my complexion and is easy to reapply throughout the day. Oh, I also have dry skin so I am often looking for products that don't accentuate any dry patches on my face. This is so sheer that the pigment doesnt catch on any dry skin, it blends and is hydrating.

Love the finish!!
The consistency is very watery but the trick is poring it on your hands and pad it on your skin pressing it, don't rub it. It goes beautifully in the skin and it's perfect under makeup.

didn't love at first, now I do!
So I think I"m used to sunscreen being quite thick/viscous. So I was shocked at how liquid-y this sunscreen is / hated it at first, because I spilled so much. BUT - I actually love it now. Super lightweight. Absorbs "into" the skin just about as well as any sun screen I've tried does. Doesn't leave a cast. And I love that it's SPF50. I've usually found that any sun screen above SPF30 is super tacky/heavy. Not this one!

Bottle is hilariously small
Make sure you note it's 1.7 oz.... Goes on pretty nicely. I prefer the mineral sunscreen for many different reasons and the tint is nice so it doesn't leave a white cast on your face. Beware to rub it in well though. The tint can leave some odd color on your face if you don't. Also, the bottle packaging makes it really easy to pour out too much so be mindful of that. Will buy again!
