Have been using this product for several years to protect the skin around my eyes. Does not cause burning if it gets close to your eyes. Great product and gives good protection against sun burn in this delicate area of the face.

Best sun protection for eyes available
I have awful dark circles under my eyes (hereditary and allergies). If you are using any kind of brightening eye cream that has ingredients like Vitamin C, Niacinamide or any kind of acid, you absolutely need to use sunscreen. The mineral base doesn’t irritate my skin, but don’t rub your eyes if you have allergies, the product will be very irritating. You only need a tiny amount. And the tint blends in well enough into my medium tan skin. It’s a bit pricey and I had to knock off one star because the expiration date is always sooner than I can finish the tube.

Product does the opposite
This is the worst product Skinceuticals has ever made. I love their other sunscreen products but this one is the by far the worst. It doesn’t blend/absorb into your skin. Instead it leaves small grains on your skin, settles into creases and makes your eye area look like your old. I’ve tried various ways to blend, but the product is not capable. Wish I could return but Dermstore won’t give me the option.

This product has the highest SPF that I could find for eyes. It is best when used under eye shadow or concealer because it leaves a white cast. It is gentle and causes no stinging.
