Love the formula!
Smooth, invisible application and a great lightweight mousse formula. I had been looking for an eye sunscreen for a while, and this is it!

Perfect concealer with SPF protection for eyes
Fantastic high SPF that is lightly tinted so it lightens up my darkened under-eyes as well as under the brow. Perfect texture that is easy to apply and does not crease or accentuate wrinkles.

Multiple uses
Great as an under-eye makeup concealer for being out in the sun. I love that it feels hydrating and also doesn't crease. A little goes a long way- only need to use a very small amount.

Love this - no makeup needed!
In the summer heat, this is great for under the eye! After my serums, I use this and the tinted fluid sunscreen - there is no heaviness on the skin. I love the simplicity.

Grainy, rough, not smooth
I don’t know how this gets such good reviews. This is grainy and pills upon contact. As a result, it cannot be blended in. A few reviewers noted the exact same issue going back years ago, so I don’t think it’s an isolated incident or just one bad batch. All I know is I opened and used it and therefore can’t get my money back. Waste of money, and it wasn’t cheap.

Love this sunscreen!
The SPF of 50 is great sunscreen protection around the eyes, plus the tint works wonderfully as a concealer under my eyes. It covers the purple easily and does not settle or look cakey. I have not had any issues with the tip of the tube at all so Skinceuticals must have corrected that problem.

Great for extra layer of protection
I recently moved from a big city without a car to driving everywhere and I never realized how much sneaky sun you get drive around. This is good for layering on top of facial spf and below make up with spf in it (notice a theme?!) to guarantee an extra layer of protection. Gives a little bit of brightness but not enough to replace your favorite brighter/cover-up

OK
I have to admit I’m kind of disappointed with this eye product by skinceuticals. I love and use some of their products on a daily basis. I wanted to try this because it had SPF in it. The consistancy is rather thick and grainy. It does not smooth in nicely, it kind of leaves the eye area flaky looking. One positive is that it did not irritate my super sensitive skin.

Great!
I love this under eye sunscreen! It helps to run it between my fingers a bit first, and it goes on much more smoothly. It’s sheer with just a bit of extra tinted coverage, and doesn’t interfere with concealer- if anything it helps more.

Tube issues
This is my third tube of this eye sunscreen, but it was sent to me by Dermstore after the tip on my second one snapped off. I first started noticing sunscreen coming out of the side of the “neck” before it eventually snapped off. As a result, I couldn’t screw the cap on anymore. This replacement one is doing the same thing. I’m not sure what is happening, but I don’t think I’ll be buying it again since 2 out of the 3 have had the same problem. It’s a bummer because I really like the silky texture (similar to MD Solar Sciences) and the light tint blends in nicely with my fair skin. I may give the Supergoop eye sunscreen a try.
