SkinCeuticals' Phloretin CF provides powerful antioxidant protection to normal, oily and combination skin types. Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

- 2% Phloretin: derived from apples and the root bark of fruit trees including apple, pear, and grapefruit, this antioxidant neutralizes damaging free radicals, helps improve cell turnover, and improves the appearance of discoloration.
- 10% Pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid): lauded for its superior antioxidant benefits, this highly potent form of pure vitamin C neutralizes damaging free radicals and protects against oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits.
- 0.5% Ferulic acid: a plant-based antioxidant, ferulic acid neutralizes free radicals and enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamins C and E.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
I'm 28 and have rosacea forming on my face - I've started to notice tiny broken capillaries forming on my cheeks. I've always had red/splotchy skin though. This is the only product that I've found that has actually stopped them from continuing to form. I know you're only supposed to use it during the day but I also like to use it at night also - I notice the biggest difference this way. Really makes a big difference with my skin's overall texture and skin tone. For once my skin doesn't look so red and splotchy.

In the short time that I have used it, I did not notice much a difference to my skin complexion. I struggle from dark spots, following bad acne, and hoped this would help. Unfortunately, I did not notice much a difference (lightening of my spots). The smell is very off-putting, I did not enjoy that part of the application at all. I returned this item and plan to purchase either the Skinceuticals C E Ferulic or the Drunk Elephant C-Firma Day Serum instead.

Feels like butter
I've been using the Phloretin CF for 3 weeks now. I love they way it makes my skin feel and goes on really well. Feels like butter. Not sure why other reviews said it was difficult to put on. I just put a little in my palm and use my fingers to put it on my face & neck. I really don't see a difference yet, but I know I must wait 8-12 weeks to see if it's working. I will continue to use it. I will come back with an update in a month or so.
