SkinCeuticals' Phloretin CF provides powerful antioxidant protection to normal, oily and combination skin types. Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

I am a skincare product JUNKIE. I've tried so many brands from drugstore to luxury and read all of the forums out there. Many in those communities tell you that Skinceuticals is not worth the money and there are other similar formulations out there so I always stayed away. I am so thankful I finally took the leap and tried this product. As an extremely oily skinned gal, I was hesitant to wear a serum under my makeup everyday but this one wears beautifully under and I get such a nice glow. My texture has changed so much in just a few weeks, something I normally can't get without harsh chemical exfoliation. I am on the darker side and scar easily from acne, I haven't noticed a huge difference in fading my dark spots but I am giving it some time. I'm already scoping out my next purchase!

Best product for acne prone aging skin
Skinceuticals is one of the best brands. My Dermatologist encouraged me to try their cleanser and daily moisturizer. I have been using this brand for years. I am 27 with fair,, acne prone, rosacea skin. I require a lot of sunscreen to protect my sensitive skin. This is my first vitamin C purchase. Let me tell you, this it the best purchase out there. I chose this particular product over the CE Ferulic because my skin is sensitive and acne prone. I have been using it for one week and my skin and pores have never been smoother and more radiant. I use: EltaMD Foaming facial cleanser EltaMD UV clear 45 sunscreen Skinceuticals Phloretin CF Skinceuticals nightly B vitamin moisturizer The Phloretin CF has a very different smell but I do not mind it. I put it on every morning after washing my face before sunscreen. It is the most important product I now own. I will be buying every three months going forward (the shelf life is three months). Save up and buy it. You won't regret it.

Just...NO!!!
I can't even tell you the havoc this serum wreaked on my skin! Painful flaking, dryness, redness, zits--my face reacted so so so poorly to the alcohol content in this serum. I initially ordered because I broke out into deep, painful zits from the CE Ferulic's heaviness, but otherwise was really happy with results and thought I could achieve same texture and hyperpigmentation improvement with Phloretin. WRONG! I've used Vitamin C serums in the past so I know my skin can handle. I've been using the Skinceuticals Serum AOX 10 for a month now and can't say I'm blown away by results, but it certainly isn't as irritating as CE Ferulic or CF Pholoretin.

This is such a great product. This was the first Vitamin C serum that I've tried since it is known as the best. It lasted me 6 months and over that time by skin has improved by being more glowy, more even complexion and better texture. At the time, I had oily, acne prone skin. I put 5 drops on my fingers and pressed into my skin and neck.
