SkinCeuticals' Phloretin CF provides powerful antioxidant protection to normal, oily and combination skin types. Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

This is not a product where I've seen immediate results, but I will say I haven't had any negative impacts either. It hasn't made me break out or caused any sensitivity issues. The bottle is pretty small for the price. The scent smells a bit like coffee to me, not offensive or too strong, and the scent fades in a few seconds.

No breakouts with this
Have been pleased with the product and will reorder. I am acne prone and other Vitamin Cs I've tried always make me breakout, so I bit the bullet and went with this one. I can't say I've noticed a huge difference in the pigmentation of my skin with it yet, but I'm only a little over halfway through the bottle so it probably takes longer use to make a difference. I don't think the scent is bad like everyone says, but I also wouldn't say it smells great. I know I need a vitamin C, so will likely stick with this one since my skin tolerates it.

A+ Vitamin C Serum
This serum is excellent, it has really helped my skin and I would recommend for anyone who suffers from acne/has oily skin and wants to incorporate a Vitamin C serum into their routine. Like many others on here, my Dermatologist suggested this over the CE Ferulic serum (she said everyone should be using a Vitamin C serum, it's the few things other than procedures that help your skin). I used the CE Ferulic serum initially, and it helped my skin but then I switched to this which I think has really improved my acne, skin tone and wrinkles. At first, it was very drying so be sure to seal with a good moisturizer. Over time my skin adjusted, I have reduced breakouts, my acne scars have lessened considerably and my skin is brighter. I have used other cheaper dupes of the SkinCute products and I think they are the best and really do work. Would highly recommend. PS: I keep this in the fridge to help with oxidation and I think it keeps the product better longer.
