Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. No breakouts with this
Have been pleased with the product and will reorder. I am acne prone and other Vitamin Cs I've tried always make me breakout, so I bit the bullet and went with this one. I can't say I've noticed a huge difference in the pigmentation of my skin with it yet, but I'm only a little over halfway through the bottle so it probably takes longer use to make a difference. I don't think the scent is bad like everyone says, but I also wouldn't say it smells great. I know I need a vitamin C, so will likely stick with this one since my skin tolerates it.

SkinCeutical's products never disappoint. This product has made a definite difference in my face. It has helped with softening uneven tones and is especially helpful in prevent sun damage and helping to reverse it too. Game-Changer!
I was on the fence as to whether or not I should splurge and get the CE Ferulic, when another beauty-obsessed friend told me about this one. I tend to have sensitive/reactive skin that typically doesn't agree with Vitamin E, which was why I was so on the fence. I'm so glad I ordered this one, it's so so good. I never broke out, have seen a visible reduction of dark spots, and overall my skin looks better since starting to use this. A+ Vitamin C Serum
This serum is excellent, it has really helped my skin and I would recommend for anyone who suffers from acne/has oily skin and wants to incorporate a Vitamin C serum into their routine. Like many others on here, my Dermatologist suggested this over the CE Ferulic serum (she said everyone should be using a Vitamin C serum, it's the few things other than procedures that help your skin). I used the CE Ferulic serum initially, and it helped my skin but then I switched to this which I think has really improved my acne, skin tone and wrinkles. At first, it was very drying so be sure to seal with a good moisturizer. Over time my skin adjusted, I have reduced breakouts, my acne scars have lessened considerably and my skin is brighter. I have used other cheaper dupes of the SkinCute products and I think they are the best and really do work. Would highly recommend. PS: I keep this in the fridge to help with oxidation and I think it keeps the product better longer.

Changed my skin tone

Finally a Vitamin C I can use!
I have tried so many Vitamin C serums over the years and they all irritated/burned my skin. My esthetician also has sensitive/combination skin and she recommended I try Phloretin CF. She told me if it burns, then C just isn't for me. Luckily, it worked! It leaves a tingling sensation, which is normal. BTW a tingling sensation is very different than burning sensation! I used to try to convince myself that minor stinging or burning was close to tingling, but it's not, no matter how bad you want a product to work for your skin type. All in all, it's been great. The red marks on my face have diminished, and my skin is less oily. So happy I bought this! Kept in the fridge, this product can last 6-7 months.

Very sticky and may cause breakouts
As much as I wanted to love this product, I don't think I will buy it again. The texture is very very sticky and I don't love the way it feels and goes on my skin. It's Also light sensitive and I therefore wish it came with a dark bag to keep it from oxidizing in light.

Really wanted to like it
I knew that this was supposed to be a holy grail product and I really wanted to like it. My aesthetician recommended it to me and said to use this product (Phloretin CF) as opposed to C E Ferulic, because this would work better with my oily skin. I used it every morning and 1. did not see that much change on my skin (I was hoping for a more even skin tone) 2. made my skin SUPER shiny. Like, greasy shiny. I used the whole bottle though but I would not repurchase
