Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

far better results than CE Ferulic!
I tried CE Ferulic years ago believing that it was the holy grail of vitamin c serums, only to be unimpressed by the meager results. I had some success with Obagi's serums, but decided to give Skinceuticals one more chance. I'm so happy that I tried! Phloretin CF visibly brightened my entire face, faded brown spots and diminished hyperpigmentation. My skin looks better than ever. I highly, highly recommend.

works really well
I prefer this to the C E Ferulic serum. I bought this after I bought the C E Ferulic serum and although it worked well, the Phloretin C serum gave me faster results. Both are great though! Both feel a little sticky on the face though even after drying, but it's not a big deal.

Good product so far
This product came recommended to me by my dermatologist. I have Indian skin and pigment easily, especially in the sun. So far, after using this product for about 3 weeks, my skin feels smooth, looks clear, and I haven't had any new pigmentations! I think it will take a couple months to really see results though. The only thing I wish was different is the consistency of the product - it is really watery.

This stuff.....WOW. It's worth the money and hype! I recommend putting it on your skin and patting it dry. Let it soak in a bit before you add moisturizer or sunscreen. Whoever said it smells like hotdog water hit the nail right on the head....but who cares as your face doesn't smell like hotdogs once you've used it.

Not good for my skin type
I wanted to like this product SO badly because of all the rave reviews, but it just did not work with my skin type!! I have very dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin and I'm very careful with trying new products. Initially when I tried this serum it gave me several fluid-filled bumps on my face - not quite pimples but possibly some sort of allergic reaction. They went away a few days after I stopped using it. When I re-tried several months later I didn't have as severe of a reaction, but I did still get that same type of breakout on my forehead and cheeks. Overall this product did not work well with me. It also felt sticky on my skin, and looked oily/greasy under makeup so I was only really able to wear it at night. If there is any way for you to try it in a sample size or borrow from a friend before making the purchase, I'd definitely recommend a trial run beforehand!

Product is amazing but Dermstore doesn't fulfill its delivery commitments
I've ordered this product on Aug 16 and today (Sept 4) I am still waiting for it. Dermstore "apologizes for the inconvenience" but blames their logistic company for the delay. I still have no ETA to receive the item even almost 30 days after the purchase. Not buying here anymore.
