SkinCeuticals' Phloretin CF provides powerful antioxidant protection to normal, oily and combination skin types. Designed for daytime use, this antioxidant serum neutralizes free radicals to prevent signs of accelerated skin aging. The blend of phloretin, pure vitamin C and Ferulic acid improve the appearance of discoloration, fine lines and uneven skin tone. Phloretin neutralizes damaging free radicals, improves cell turnover and lightens signs of discoloration. L-ascorbic acid protects your skin from oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits, while ferulic acid enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamin C.

- 2% Phloretin: derived from apples and the root bark of fruit trees including apple, pear, and grapefruit, this antioxidant neutralizes damaging free radicals, helps improve cell turnover, and improves the appearance of discoloration.
- 10% Pure vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid): lauded for its superior antioxidant benefits, this highly potent form of pure vitamin C neutralizes damaging free radicals and protects against oxidative stress while providing visible anti-aging benefits.
- 0.5% Ferulic acid: a plant-based antioxidant, ferulic acid neutralizes free radicals and enhances the antioxidant benefits of phloretin and vitamins C and E.

So Far So Good
I've spent months researching and reading reviews for SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF but had a hard time pulling the trigger because of the price. I finally did it and am happy so far. It's only been a week or so but I love putting it on in the morning and as long as you stick to the recommended 4-5 drops it won't leave you sticky. As for the reported hot dog smell? It's a unique smell but I don't get hot dogs, and it dissipates quickly. I'm looking forward to great things!

My favorite Vit C serum
This has become my holy grail Vit C product!!! I have tried IS Clinicals super serum and pro heal, as well as CE Ferulic. I was set on CE Ferulic as I tend to have dry skin but Phloretin CF brightens as well as combats my acne prone skin. It works well with my many other skin products and does not affect my makeup application or finish. I’m excited to try the new gel version during the warmer months.

Love it for normal acne prone skin
I expected to like the CE Ferulic more than this one, but my acne has responded really well to this. My skin is not too oily, not too dry, but I do get hormonal acne along my jawline and have noticed an improvement with this Vit C serum. Pricey but it's worth it. I've repurchased several times and will continue to do so during sales!

My all-time favorite Vitamin C Serum!
I've been using this product for the last handful of years and wouldn't be without it! For the price, I expect this to change the appearance of my face. My skin is combo type (tends toward oily in the summer and dry in the winter), so the Ferulic works better for me.
