SkinCeuticals' LHA Cleanser Gel is a deep-digging facial wash that penetrates your pores to decongest and offer cell-by-cell exfoliation, while washing away impurities. A combination of LHA, glycolic and salicylic acid encourage cell renewal resulting in more refined skin texture, even skin tone and a brighter appearance. When used with LHA Solution and LHA Serum, this 3-step process is ideal for priming your skin for clinical procedures and professional treatments.

Not for Me
Sadly this product was not for me. I love the SkinCeuticals line and I've been using their Phloretin CF Gel religiously for months but this face wash actually made me break out with tons small pimples all over my forehead. I was really sad to return it but my skin cleared up when I stopped using the product.

Love this cleanser
I've been using this cleanser for about 2 months now, and so far, love it. I have combination, very sensitive, and hormonal acne-prone skin. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling super clean and bright. I use it with the LHA Solution (tone), Phyto Corrective Gel (to correct), and Hydrating B5 Gel (as my moisturizer). Before investing in these products, I struggled with my skin (hormonal acne breakouts) over this past year, for the entire year. It was a nightmare, as I have never (not even in my teens) experienced any acne problems with my skin. These products have changed my life to say the least, and I am so thankful. They are expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. My skin has cleared up so much, and feels and looks so healthy!

My Favorite Cleanser
This is almost the best cleanser I ever used. It smells really good, and has perfectly cleaning. More importantly, it does not dry my fact at all for such a deep-digging facial wash. I use it twice a day, and it helps a lot on my acne-skin.

Ok but won't buy it again
I love SkinCeutical products but this face wash is a bit too thick and gooey for me. I also don't like that it's got Sodium Laureth Sulfates which is unhealthy. It works well enough by leaving my face clean and not too dry but personally prefer a face wash that is a bit lighter and that doesnt' have SLS's.

Used to be great... now it's AWFUL
WHY did they change the formula and the packaging?! This stuff is now a far cry from the miracle worker it once was. Everything about this is now frustrating. The new tube makes such a ridiculous mess AND it seems they changed the formula. It doesn't work at all like it used to. I have already started looking for a new cleanser, which stinks because I used to really love this one.

New favorite cleanser
I usually don't believe cleansers can make as big of a difference on my skin as other products like toners, serums, moisturizers etc but this one did. I've always liked Skinceuticals but this is one of my favorite products by them (I also use the LHA toner now and love it too). With the cleanser I FINALLY feel like my face is getting clean but it's not overly dry either. I have sun damage and the beginnings of aging skin in general but I swear my skin just looks healthier and more youthful since using this. Also, if you're wondering it lasts a long time. I got my first bottle the weekend of June 18th and just finished it Aug 20! Honestly I could have made it go longer though; easily another 1-1.5 weeks but sometimes I accidentally used more than I needed. So it's worth the price I would say :)
