SkinCeuticals Eye Balm is my go to favorite for day or night. So soothing anytime. Not heavy or greasy. Moisture that lasts. I really like how it melts into my skin. I can apply under eye concealer as well as sunscreen without it pilling on me. A little bit goes a long way, I like to gently tap it on and let it soak for a minute before applying concealer.
