Brighten and balance your skin tone with SkinCeuticals Discoloration Defense, a dark spot corrector that reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation caused by sun exposure, medical procedures or acne.
Formulated with 3% Tranexamic Acid, 1% Kojic Acid, 5% Niacinamide, and 5% HEPES, the treatment targets stubborn brown patches and post-inflammatory discolouration to even the skin tone and help to minimise the appearance of future marks with continued use. In as little as two weeks, the complexion will be unified, radiant and visibly healthier-looking.
Suitable for all skin types.
Free from parabens, silicones, fragrances, gluten and hydroquinone.
Due to the concentration of Kojic acid in this formula, a shift in color is expected. This could lead to a light brown or amber color, but the formula remains effective.
Twice daily, apply three to five drops to face. For morning use, apply after a SkinCeuticals vitamin C serum and follow with a SkinCeuticals broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product. Do not use on irritated or broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Will continue to purchase
I was told to use this by a dermatologist as part of my regimen to help with melasma. I use a few drops morning and evening and I've been using it consistently for several months (in conjunction with some other treatments) and I do think it has made a difference. Wow! I got this in April and have used it 2x a week since. I am fair / olive skin and really struggle with hyperpigmentation. Any pimple leaves a red mark for months. This stuff has seriouy faded my existing red marks / scars. I havent found anything that's worked this well. Truly does what it promises. Worth the cost.

This stuff really does work! I have very dry and sensitive skin so this product made my skin a little more sensitive to the sun even though I was wearing sunscreen.
