Favorite Toner
If I am going to use a toner it needs to provide some benefit or else I feel it is a useless step. This toner does just that!! With the glycolic acid and salicylic acid it truly evens out skin tone. The oil soothes my skin so it does not appear blotchy. It is one of my favorite steps in my skin care routine.
