SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Defense is an advanced solution to help eliminate adult acne while addressing wrinkles, fine lines and uneven skin tone. A combination of 2% dioic acid with alpha and beta hydroxy acids prevent blemishes while diminishing hyperpigmentation and reducing wrinkles and fine lines. This targeted treatment also inhibits excess of sebum production, unclogs pores and helps prevent skin darkening from UV exposure.

- 2% Dioic Acid: naturally derived from vegetables, this ingredient helps reduce excess sebum

I have been using Skinceuticals for over a year now and my breakouts are far less frequent. I still get a pimple or two when I'm premenstrual. When I apply a dab to a pimple, it does increase healing time. The serum also firms my skin as it works as an exfoliator. I use it twice a day and it is enough for me skin I have dry skin and live in Colorado. It isn't cheap but well worth tbe money.

I love this product! I was desperate for something that would address both my breakouts and aging skin and this is it! I am not usually someone to get overly excited about a product, but this one has exceeded my expectations. If I do get a breakout, it disappears much more quickly and the overall feel of my skin is so much better. I have to admit, it is pricey, so I don't overuse, but I do use am & pm. If you have tried a lot of products and had no luck, give this one a go. I am glad I did. (full disclosure- because I always look for this info in my review readings-- I am in my 50's.....but I had my 23 year old try this and it is working well for her as well)

This product is great. I have mild/moderate acne, prone to small breakouts and clogged pores rather than cystic. I have tried other AHA products before, and each time they ended up drying out my skin too much. This is the first thing I used that has made a difference without drying out my skin. I started using only a little bit once per day, but once I saw it wasn't drying me out, I now use a good bit all over my face in the morning. I may start trying it at night too. Would highly recommend. I am have a tendency to be sensitive and react to products and had on issue with this.
