SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Defense is an advanced solution to help eliminate adult acne while addressing wrinkles, fine lines and uneven skin tone. A combination of 2% dioic acid with alpha and beta hydroxy acids prevent blemishes while diminishing hyperpigmentation and reducing wrinkles and fine lines. This targeted treatment also inhibits excess of sebum production, unclogs pores and helps prevent skin darkening from UV exposure.
Key Ingredients:
- 2% Dioic Acid: naturally derived from vegetables, this ingredient helps reduce excess sebum
- 0.3% LHA (Caproloyl Salicylic Acid): a lipo-hydroxy acid, LHA, evenly exfoliates skin, decongests pores, and refines the skin’s surface
- 1.5% Salicylic Acid: a beta-hydroxy acid refines pores and helps reduce the formation of acne

No more Acne
I was a little skeptical at first, having tried so many acne medications over the counter and prescribed but I have to admit this stuff does the job. I apply 2x a day. This stuff has kept my cystic acne from rearing its ugly head. And if I do get a pimple, usually around my cycle, one dab of this stuff and it's gone within 24 hours. My only gripe is the cost for such a small bottle. But if you want results you have to pay the cost.

I got this along with the adult acne system pack. It does tingle and warm the skin a bit, but that passes quickly. After applying this I follow up with the Renew Overnight combination/oily moisturizer before bed. The texture of my skin approved overnight. This stuff is amazing.

I use this product to prevent breakouts. If you use this product three time a day for a few days, it will make your skin start to peel, which I love. It tightens skin, and helps keep breakouts and blemishes from breakouts to a minimum.

a LIFE SAVER for my skin
I use this product on my adult acne and it is the most helpful product I have ever tried. It does cause dryness and some redness, so be sure that you moisturize and hydrate your skin. I usually apply this product and wait 30 minutes and then I will apply hemp oil to my face. I have used it for almost a month now and I am halfway through the bottle. That is with twice daily applications. Certainly worth the money, in fact I would recommend buying the Acne kit that comes with the face wash and toner as well! A better value!

Best Acne Product
I am in my 40s and have tried all sorts of "acne" products. The Proactive line used to work in my 20s and 30s but does not seem to help at my current age. This is like a miracle product for me. I use this daily as a preventative measure and it works!
