SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Defense is an advanced solution to help eliminate adult acne while addressing wrinkles, fine lines and uneven skin tone. A combination of 2% dioic acid with alpha and beta hydroxy acids prevent blemishes while diminishing hyperpigmentation and reducing wrinkles and fine lines. This targeted treatment also inhibits excess of sebum production, unclogs pores and helps prevent skin darkening from UV exposure.
Key Ingredients:
- 2% Dioic Acid: naturally derived from vegetables, this ingredient helps reduce excess sebum
- 0.3% LHA (Caproloyl Salicylic Acid): a lipo-hydroxy acid, LHA, evenly exfoliates skin, decongests pores, and refines the skin’s surface
- 1.5% Salicylic Acid: a beta-hydroxy acid refines pores and helps reduce the formation of acne

Cannot be without this
I am in my mid 30's and still have the acne especially on my nose, nasabial fold and chin. I love in Colorado and need to be careful of treatment drying out me skin and making it worse. I alternate this product with the Glycolix Elite Treatment Pads and my skin has literally transformed. It's expensive but worth it for me.

Acne product that works
I am in love with Skinceuticals products. Be careful not to use too much of this or else it will definitely dry your skin out. But it works! I use it twice a day under my moisturizer and it helps those stubborn pimples dry out within a few days!

Works for Adult Acne
I have tried many products, including changing my diet, and even taking an oral antibiotic. I never had acne as a kid, but I have it now. I am in my mid 40s. I have tried it all & finally found a product that truly works! My skin has made a major improvement since purchasing. I put it on where I typically break out & since I have been using I have had 0 breakouts! I put a couple drops on in the morning & a couple drops on at night. For reference I am a NC45 in MAC with a caramel complexion. Hyper pigmentation has been a challenge for me. Smooths skin overnight
I have had adult acne and with perimenopause I have been getting painful cystic acne. This stuff is amazing. Overnight my cysts actually reduce in size. Also my skin actually feels smooth and softer just overnight. I've never had anything that works this good before. you get what you pay for. I haven't noticed any reduction discoloration of skin, but really I bought it for the acne. I recently purchased this product due to the fact that in the past year I have developed adult acne (when even as a teenager I barely had any breakouts.
