SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Defense is an advanced solution to help eliminate adult acne while addressing wrinkles, fine lines and uneven skin tone. A combination of 2% dioic acid with alpha and beta hydroxy acids prevent blemishes while diminishing hyperpigmentation and reducing wrinkles and fine lines. This targeted treatment also inhibits excess of sebum production, unclogs pores and helps prevent skin darkening from UV exposure.
Key Ingredients:
- 2% Dioic Acid: naturally derived from vegetables, this ingredient helps reduce excess sebum
- 0.3% LHA (Caproloyl Salicylic Acid): a lipo-hydroxy acid, LHA, evenly exfoliates skin, decongests pores, and refines the skin’s surface
- 1.5% Salicylic Acid: a beta-hydroxy acid refines pores and helps reduce the formation of acne

Great Acne Fighter
This is a great acne fighting serum! I learned of SkinCeuticals several years ago from my doctor and it is now my go to brand for all skincare products. I have struggled with hormonal and cystic acne for far too many years and SkinCeuticals helps to keep it under control. I use this product along with their "Adult Anti-Acne System". A bottle usually lasts me about 3 months. I try to never be without because I feel like I break out immediately without it. So needless to say I love this product and highly recommend it, but would suggest using it in the system. Also, their C+AHA and Clarifying Clay Masque are really great products for sensitive acne prone skin.

Love this stuff
So far I love this product. It has helped keep my skin clear from adult acne. I have not noticed any changes in my fine lines or any lightening of my dark spots/acne scars yet. The product is a little on the expensive side, but if it starts to work for my scars and fine lines then it will be worth it to buy again!

I've used the CE Ferulic for years but recently had some breakouts so tried this. It seems to have helped clear out my breakouts but it seems a bit harsh when used everyday. It burns a bit when putting it on and caused some minor flaking/peeling, but not as bad as when I use retin A.
