A combination of 2% dioic acid with alpha and beta hydroxy acids prevent blemishes while diminishing hyperpigmentation and reducing wrinkles and fine lines. This targeted treatment also inhibits excess of sebum production, unclogs pores and helps prevent skin darkening from UV exposure.

A must for aging acne prone skin

There is nothing worse than still having pimples in your 40s! I have combination skin that tends to be more oily in the hot humid Florida climate. I am in my early 40s and feel like I should have been using this many years prior to now. When a break out occurs at times of stress or hormonal surge, I apply this serum! It is strong and effective. I use it sparingly since it will dry up the area of concern. Comparable product is the IS Clinical active serum. I prefer the SkinCeuticals because I feel it is more effective. This serum layers well under other skincare products, makeup, and sunscreen. I never want to be without it! .

The best oil I've ever used

This oil is life changing. I had the occasional breakouts that would stress me out esp during my time of the month. I've been using this product for about a week and a half and have already noticed a difference in the texture of my skin. It's much smoother with less blackheads - almost looks like I just had a facial. I will see how my skin acts after a full menstrual cycle as my skin gets very oily right before and during, but so far, so good! Love it! I put this on before Skinceuticals Phyto Correct and top with Kiehls Ultra Cream. They layer nicely. Very pricey but worth a try!
