SkinCeuticals' Adult Anti-Acne System reduces oil production and exfoliates the skin, which improves acne and diminishes the look of wrinkles. Designed to alleviate adult acne, these products also correct the signs of damage resulting from blemishes and aging, such as enlarged pores, rough texture and fine lines.
SkinCeuticals' Adult Anti-Acne System includes:
- LHA Cleansing Gel (8 fl. oz.): a potent cleanser with LHA, glycolic acid and salicylic acid , it unclogs pores, smooths irregularities and brightens skin.
- LHA Toner (8 fl. oz.): an exfoliating low-pH toner that efficiently removes excess residue and surface cells to decongest pores.
- Blemish and Age Defense (1 fl. oz.): a targeted, oil-free serum that prevents the formation of acne, minimizes blotchiness and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Key Ingredients:
- LHA: a lipo hydroxy acid, LHA exfoliates the skin, decongests clogged pores, refines the skin’s surface, and has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Glycolic Acid: this alpha hydroxy acid eliminates dead skin cell buildup and improves skin hydration.
- Salicylic Acid: this beta hydroxy acid refines pores and helps reduce acne.
- Dioic Acid: the naturally derived vegetable acid helps reduce sebum.

LHA Cleansing Gel: Apply twice daily, gently massage a small amount into wet face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with LHA Solution.
LHA Toner: Apply twice daily after using LHA Cleansing Gel. Spray a small amount onto cotton ball and smooth over face, neck and chest. Follow with LHA Serum.
Blemish and Age Defense: Clean the skin thoroughly before applying product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer in the morning and evening. For optimal results, use as part of the Blemish and Age Program, starting with Cleanser and LHA solution.

I wanted this product to work so much. I love skin ceuticals but all I have to say is never again. I thought this product was going to be great. It has 5 star reviews so I decided to splurge and buy it. All I have to say is biggest regret ever. Never again. My whole face has became the product area. My face is covered in cystic acne that is now going to scar. The first 2 days it would dry existing pimples out. Then the next morning I'd have new ones. It's like everytime I look in the mirror I have a new pimple. Really disappointed. My skin has never been like this until I used this product. I really wished it could have worked. I guess I just have to take the loss. Also the face wash is so watery. As soon as I went to use it the first time I had it upside down ready to squeeze it and before I even could squeeze the bottle so much poured out!! So much product wasted. All I got to say... disappointed Believe it or not my skin was better before using this product. However I'm glad that other people have benefited during their adult acne journey. But $130 dollars for my face to look like this!? I guess I'll just spend the $12 and get cetaphil

I wanted to love this but can't
I've tried everything under the sun, so I figured I would try this too I had high hopes for it since all of the reviews were so amazing and a friend had good results. During the first three weeks I noticed some improvement with my hormonal acne. The cysts were clearing and there was minimal drying. But in the last even weeks I have noticed no improvement and still get terribly clogged skin and new breakouts weekly. Unfortunately this didn't work for me.
