SkinCeuticals' Adult Anti-Acne System reduces oil production and exfoliates the skin, which improves acne and diminishes the look of wrinkles. Designed to alleviate adult acne, these products also correct the signs of damage resulting from blemishes and aging, such as enlarged pores, rough texture and fine lines.
SkinCeuticals' Adult Anti-Acne System includes:
- LHA Cleansing Gel (8 fl. oz.): a potent cleanser with LHA, glycolic acid and salicylic acid , it unclogs pores, smooths irregularities and brightens skin.
- LHA Toner (8 fl. oz.): an exfoliating low-pH toner that efficiently removes excess residue and surface cells to decongest pores.
- Blemish and Age Defense (1 fl. oz.): a targeted, oil-free serum that prevents the formation of acne, minimizes blotchiness and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Key Ingredients:
- LHA: a lipo hydroxy acid, LHA exfoliates the skin, decongests clogged pores, refines the skin’s surface, and has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Glycolic Acid: this alpha hydroxy acid eliminates dead skin cell buildup and improves skin hydration.
- Salicylic Acid: this beta hydroxy acid refines pores and helps reduce acne.

LHA Cleansing Gel: Apply twice daily, gently massage a small amount into wet face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with LHA Solution.
LHA Toner: Apply twice daily after using LHA Cleansing Gel. Spray a small amount onto cotton ball and smooth over face, neck and chest. Follow with LHA Serum.

Great for very problematic skin
I have very problematic skin that includes rosacea and adult acne. This products made a big difference after day one of using them. They did not get rid of the problem after a few days but a noticed significant difference on appearance and feeling. I highly recommend it for those with very problematic skin like mine.

Adult acne
I have been suffering with adult hormonal acne for a while now. I have only been using this set for a month or so, but I have fallen in love with SkinCeuticals products. Good for my skin, not good for my credit card. Love the cleaner. It gave a cooling effect almost and my face felt so clean after using it. The toner is strong and can sting a little bit but I think that just means it's working. The antioxidant is also strong but I have loved it. At the beginning I got very very dry. I think my skin has adjusted to it though and it doesn't dry out as much anymore (plus I bought the skinceuticals daily moisture). Definitely recommend trying if you have been suffering with adult acne. Excited to continue using it. Oh but I agree with what other people have said, the packaging on the cleanser and toner is terrible. I bought new bottles off amazon and put the cleanser in there. The bottle it comes in leaks absolutely everywhere. When you're using this expensive of product, you don't want to waste it and that's what I feel like this packaging does. The toner I have left in the normal bottle but I twist the entire cap off to put it on my cotton ball. I don't use the squeeze top it comes with. It goes all over.

I have extremely acne prone skin and this system saved me. My facialist gave me a sample of the Blemish and Age Defense serum and I have been hooked since. I don't recommend using it right before a workout, it tastes gross when you start sweating, lol. I use Skinceuticals gentle cream cleanser, then this system, and a hydrating serum, moisturizer, and then SPF. The cleanser in this system doesn't do a good job of removing makeup so I recommend using something before the cleanser. I have the taut, dewy, skin of my dreams now!

Great products
Since the pandemic, I have been breaking out around my chin and nose more so than I ever have, which I believe is due to mask wearing. I normally don't suffer from acne. I've tried benzoyl peroxide, retinol, other toner, and seriously this kit has worked like nothing else. Normally I've been told that acne takes a few days to weeks to resolve once using a product, but this kit defies the odds. I noticed a difference in like 2-3 days if not sooner. My skin feels so good after using these products! This is so worth it. I do agree with previous reviews that the cleanser comes out really fast and you don't need that much of it (a little goes a long way), so just be wary of this when pouring it. I am so happy with this purchase, and will definitely purchase again.

Skin Ceuticals is the best. I've been using for one week and already my skin feels better. One small complaint - the face wash comes pouring out of the container and you can't really control it other than being fast and trying to maneuver. It's so expensive it hurts to waste any.
