SkinCeuticals' Adult Anti-Acne System reduces oil production and exfoliates the skin, which improves acne and diminishes the look of wrinkles. Designed to alleviate adult acne, these products also correct the signs of damage resulting from blemishes and aging, such as enlarged pores, rough texture and fine lines.
SkinCeuticals' Adult Anti-Acne System includes:
- LHA Cleansing Gel (8 fl. oz.): a potent cleanser with LHA, glycolic acid and salicylic acid , it unclogs pores, smooths irregularities and brightens skin.
- LHA Toner (8 fl. oz.): an exfoliating low-pH toner that efficiently removes excess residue and surface cells to decongest pores.
- Blemish and Age Defense (1 fl. oz.): a targeted, oil-free serum that prevents the formation of acne, minimizes blotchiness and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Key Ingredients:
- LHA: a lipo hydroxy acid, LHA exfoliates the skin, decongests clogged pores, refines the skin’s surface, and has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Glycolic Acid: this alpha hydroxy acid eliminates dead skin cell buildup and improves skin hydration.
- Salicylic Acid: this beta hydroxy acid refines pores and helps reduce acne.

LHA Cleansing Gel: Apply twice daily, gently massage a small amount into wet face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with LHA Solution.
LHA Toner: Apply twice daily after using LHA Cleansing Gel. Spray a small amount onto cotton ball and smooth over face, neck and chest. Follow with LHA Serum.

Unclogs Pores
I love this system. It unclogs pores and seems to make my skin slightly less oily. I do still have pretty oily skin and some breakouts but this has made quite a difference.

Exactly what I needed
I recently moved across the country, and my normally combination skin transformed into full-on oily skin. I tried using my normal skincare routine, washing my face more, and making some changes, and nothing was working. I had full-blown acne, which I've never experienced. After the first wash, I could feel the difference with this product, and after 4 days my skin looked at least 75% better. It's easy, doesn't smell awful like so many acne-medicine based products, and my skin feels great for the first time since the move. I normally hate washing my face over the sink, and I like this product so much that I'm looking forward to doing it twice a day. I highly recommend. My only complaint is that the packaging on the toner didn't hold up great in-transit, and some toner leaked all over the package. A seal around its cap and the neck of the bottle would likely solve that problem.

Love this system
I suffer from hormonal acne and have been trying different (and pricey) products for the past year and this is the first one that truly has made a difference. My skin is not 100% clear, but it looks significantly better. I also take an anti-acne vitamin that seems to be helping (and I also try to consume less dairy). Makes my skin oily
I tried this product after using the Glytone acne line because I like the Blemish + Age product. I have been using this for a month and it has made my skin feel oily and I have been breaking out more. I like the way the cleanser lathers, but that's not worth acne. I only gave it two stars because I like the Blemish + Age.
