Alternatives are just as good
I think this is overhyped. I can find other k beauty products with similar fermented ingredients and they will deliver similar results. If you want a more luxurious experience, then this is a great option. Otherwise, there are other budget friendly alternatives out there as well.

Cult Classic
If you can afford it, try it. This is a cult classic for a reason. Its been around for a long time, I think since the 1970's. So it's tried and true. Its one of those things that's so easy to use and incorporate into your routine and it just gives your skin a healthy glow. I love that the ingredient list is short and simple, which lessens the chance of irritating sensitive skin. I would say the only downsides are the paraben and the price. But it's really going to make your skin glow.

I was so excited to try this after many stellar reviews. Unfortunately, it didn't do much for my skin. I didn't notice a difference in my skin tone, pores, etc. It might just be that it doesn't work with my skin type.

Used the entire thing but still didn't like it
I bought this seeing how raved and well reviewed it was but unfortunately this product didn't improve my skin and it's conditions at all. I used my entire bottle and it left my skin textured (I used it a week on, a week off, and back again to make sure it was this product that was causing a reaction). I however used the rest of my bottle as it was so expensive. It has a very peculiar smell (kind of like bad foot odour) because of what I assume is the fermented ingredient (Pitera), it fades after the essence dries on the face. The texture is very watery, but has a very peculiar slight "goopiness" to it which I enjoy.

This product is like nothing else.It is a real deal.It really helps my dry and sensitive skin.It improves hydration and makes my skin soft. It shrink my pores too.It is very expensive but it is worth every penny.

Ugh WHY did I have to love you?!?
Great stuff. You see it, put it in your hand and think "what's the big deal" I don't know how or why but it just works. Your skin will thank you, just suck it up and get it. The kits are a great deal so I'd start.off with one of them I wish dermstore sold the clear lotion to put on before the essence...hint hint

YES, worth it!
When I first put this on I was worried it was all hype because I didn't see any immediate difference. However, within just a few days my skin tone was getting more even, glowy, and clear!!! I'm in love!!!! I definitely recommend and plan on going for a larger bottle next time!
