A professional strength peeling cream that helps increase skin renewal to reveal healthy, vibrant skin. Helps combat premature signs of aging and helps address problematic skin.

Smooths skin and erases pores
I have used retinol (retin A) from a dermatologist in the past. This is just as good if not better than prescription. My skin can take pretty much the most potent of stuff. I did use this more than once a week even though it says to gradually increase to once a week. Boy, did I shed! It looks like I took off about 5 yrs. My skin looks so much better. I did look worse before I looked better so don't panic once you start. My skin looked a little dry and wrinkly before my skin started shedding. I use this alternating with the Sanitas peeling pads. I feel they are not as strong as this so I use them a little more often. It's not an overnight miracle. It will take a while to shed enough layers to really see smooth skin, but it will happen. My pores are so smooth and minimal now. To combat dryness, I used the Sanitas Topical C cream at night. It is thick, but really helps the shedding process. Love this skin care line!

I have been using Retin-A and Retinol for years and my skin is very tough and not sensitive. I purchased the Level 3 and love it. I use it once a week, Sunday night. I wait 30 minutes after cleansing and toning. Then I wait another 30 minutes after I put on before moisturizers or oils. I usually peel on Thursday and Friday. I will use an exfoliator to help get rid of the dead skin and peeling skin.

Too strong for me
This was not a good idea for my dry skin. Even using it once every other week was still too strong. I tired it for 3 months and every time I used it it took 1 whole week for my skin to heal and stop hurting. It's my fault for trying this step one first.

Super Active
I love this product especially when my skin is balanced. I am staying away from Retin-A due to some studies that I have found plus the flaking is harder to cover and can make my skin sore. This product peels the skin in "sheets" that are less dry and easier to moisturize and cover up. So far I use it once every two weeks in combination with other acids. I completely recommend to anyone 25 years+ that have use retinols in the past.

Great Retinol
I've been using prescription strength retinol for a few years now. I decided to give this a go. I'm so glad I did. I felt the peel was stronger than my normal retinol. My skin seemed to peeled a bit more, and was not as flaky. The Sanitas product seemed to peel faster and in bigger sections. If you have ever used retinol you know what I mean about the annoying flaky skin effect! I also noticed more smoothness after the process than when I had been using prescription retinol. This product would be considered the strongest compared to 1.0 Retinol so I can only use it every two weeks or so. Goes on smoothly, and absorbs well, a little goes a long way. I use it at night, usually on Tuesday, because it takes a few days for the peeling to start. So far I'm super happy with it.

Skin is shedding like a snake! Very active product.
This is a very potent product. I have used other retinols in the past (Peter Thomas Roth, Dr Dennis Gross, REN, etc). This one has very active ingredients, make sure you read the box for how to properly use the product, otherwise you will be sorry & extremely scaly! I used a pea size amount for my entire face & waited 30 minutes before applying my nighttime moisturizer. First 2 days, everything looked normal, by day 3 I was definitely starting the skin "shedding" process. Day 4 I was really shedding skin all over my face, it looked pretty disgusting up close. Day 5 (today) my skin is still flaky, but not as significant as yesterday. So, perhaps plan out when you want to start this product, so you are not in the middle of the shedding process at a time you have an event or party to attend. Am looking forward to continuing to use this product. It is a small product (.5 oz), however a little bit goes a long way, so this should last for a long time.
