Sachajuan Scalp Shampoo helps nourish your scalp while cleansing your hair to reduce tightness and dryness. Salicylic acid works to loosen dry skin, making it easier to clear away while wheat protein strengthens each hair follicle. Hair is left looking healthy and nourished. Gentle enough to be safely used on color-treated hair.
Massage a small amount into wet hair. Allow 1-2 minutes to work in. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Sachajuan Conditioner.

Would not recommend
I had dandruff before I started using this product and read it would help clear up the dandruff/ moisturize my scalp. It worsened my dandruff by ten times and made my scalp itchier because of it. I've used it for almost four months in the hopes of getting used to the formula, but it has just gotten worse over the months. It feels like a thick chemically product when in your hair, and I always have trouble rinsing it out. I always use about a nickel-ish size when shampooing, and it takes FOREVER to wash out. I spend time on each section of my hair to get it to rinse out, but it never feels like it's gone. It completely strips my hair and would not recommend it.

Left Hair Feeling Straw-Like and Removed Coloring
I am a huge fan of Sachajuan products, so I was super excited to try this shampoo. I love their brunette dry shampoo, their moisture conditioner etc... But this? What a let down! Although I didn't pick up on the wonderful scent other reviews raved about, it had a nice lather. This shampoo left my hair feeling straw-like, very dry, and noticeably lightened/removed coloring from my hair. I'm a dark brunette, so that's hard to do. All in all, I feel as though it stripped my hair and did nothing for my scalp. I had loved all other Sachajuan products I've tried in the past and was hoping for the same result with this product - it failed to live up to the hype. Now to use up a $28 of shampoo that makes my hair feel dreadful ......

The only shampoo I can use
In the last couple of years my normal, well-behaved scalp became suddenly plagued by constant flakiness and itchiness. Several unfinished bottles of "scalp" shampoos later, this was the one that worked. If you have an issue to fix, instead of rolling the dice on a bunch of drugstore brands, try this one.

helps with dry scalp issues
I have been looking for a treatment for my dry, flaky, and often itchy scalp for a long time. I tried scrubs, oil treatments, dandruff shampoos. The ones that worked left my scalp even drier and I think that just made it produce more oil to compensate, which left me with a dry scalp and greasy hair, a combo that did not make sense to me until I experienced it. This shampoo is quite gentle but good at cleaning and not irritating. Definitely a keeper
