Still not sure

I tried using this every day for about a week and my roots seemed pretty oily so I have to switch between this shampoo and a regular cleanser. Aside from the roots, I do like the results on the rest of my blonde/treated/fine hair. It helps retain moisture and body.

Wanted to love

I have a lot of fine hair (seems thick but thin strands) and fairly oily scalp. I have used Oribe Cleansing Cream for years and years (also used New Wash and others) and I wanted to change things up and try this one. I really wanted to love this product but it does not rinse clean. My hair looks SO greasy and terrible when I use this product. I gave it time for my hair to get used to it and it's just so disappointing! Love this brand and love that more brands are making these products, but this formula is not right. It works great for my boyfriend! It smells great- very similar to aqua pana cologne.

My FAVORITE hair product, but not from Dermstore

I have been using this product for 6 months and my hair has never felt or looked better. I have very fine hair that has to be washed daily, and this gives me the ability to do that without stripping it as much as shampooing would. My big issue comes that Dermstore does not ship it appropriately - the pump is never secured and I have never received a bottle that had not opened during shipping and spilled all over the box. Even the replacement bottles that have been sent to me had the same issue. Customer service was always wonderful in handling it, but it gets frustrating when you are having to send back the bottle they packed incorrectly, wait for new product, which almost always packed incorrectly as well. I will always use this product, but will look for other sellers.

Consider me a convert

I was looking for a product that would clean my hair without completely stripping it, and I was willing to give up the squeaky clean feeling that often comes with more sudsy shampoos. It did take me several weeks to become completely used to this cleansing cream, but in the beginning I alternated using it and a "normal" shampoo which likely prevented my scalp from adjusting. This cream also requires a little more rinse time than a typical shampoo. (It's worth it!) This is the only product I use on my hair in the shower anymore-I don't buy other shampoos or any conditioner. My hair has never felt or looked healthier.

Greasy and made scalp flaky!

I've had this product for about 10 weeks. The label says to use it regularly for about one week to allow the scalp and hair to adjust to the formula. I really wanted to love it, but I feel like I've given it a fair shake at this point and it is flat out not good. My hair is immediately greasy after I get out of the shower and what's worse is I now have flakes in my hair! Do not recommend

This product is is really nice. I remember reading reviews about this leaving your hair greasy but I use this on my scalp and apply some to my ends as well and I have not experienced any oiliness. It feels very CLEAN. I love using this during the week when I exercise instead of washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner every single time. My husband likes it a lot as well. The smell is also really nice. Not overpowering to us. Some say this is like a lotion for your hair lol. I'd say it's more like a conditioner? Anyway. Awesome product! Will definitely continue to purchase!

A different kind of clean

I'm still trying to get used to using this method of cleansing my hair. My hair feels so different after using this product. Probably because it's not stripped of all oils. I usually add a ton of products back into my hair afterwards and now I'm just not sure what to put on my hair. I think once I figure all that out I'll really love this

Wonderful hair cleanser

Let me preface this review by saying that my hair is long, thick, coarse, frizzy and curly. It is also double processed with color and it is foiled twice a year. This cleanser works wonderfully for me. It cleans my hair and calms it down 95%. I wash it 2x per week and it eliminates the frizz and my hair looks great. I can't speak for how it would work for everyone's hair but it is a win win for me. I love it.
