Higher the price higher expectation. Started off with a wow is this the one? Instant improvement then not much.it's a bit drying but easy to apply & no fragrance. Took me a few years to read & reread articles,reviews, ingrediants list to spend the money. Take good care of my skin, do all the things UR supposed to do & I eat well, & drink lots of water & take a really good hair skin & nails supplement. Didn't make my neck look worse, but is that enough after 5 weeks ? Products need time to work, usually 8- 12 weeks then it's too late to return them. 3 stars sure it works for others.

Definitely Repurchasing
My neck is so soft from using this it's not even funny! I love it! Two pumps is all I need to cover my entire neck, so it'll last a while. The only thing I don't love is that if you want to massage it in some more once it's been on a while already, it can pill and ball up. But it's fine if you apply it and leave it be.

Decent product
I am on my second bottle of this product. I have some very deep lines across my neck that I haven't noticed a difference on, however admittedly I think this product is more for light surface lines. I have noticed a little difference in other lines on my décolletage - below my collar bone, etc. They seemed to have lessened slightly and the overall skin tone has improved. I will try a third bottle and see if I see any other noticeable difference but then may switch to a different (cheaper) product.
