Brighten, cleanse and exfoliate with Brightening Facial Wash from Revision. This ultra-rich cleanser, formulated with alpha and beta hydroxy acids and brightening botanicals, removes the day's impurities, leaving skin clean and hydrated.
Key Ingredients:
- Salicylic Acid: a beta hydroxy acid that deeply cleans pores and exfoliates dead surface cells
- Glycolic Acid: an alpha hydroxy acid that exfoliates dead skin cells and improves skin texture
- Sucrose Laurate: a naturally-derived surfactant cleanses the skin without stripping it of its natural moisture content
- Vitamin C, Licorice and Lily Extract: naturally brighten skin
- Vitamin E (Tocopherol): nourishes and restores moisture to the skin

Use twice daily, in the morning and evening. Wet face with tepid water. Dispense a nickel-sized amount into the palm of the hand. Lather in hands. Using fingertips, gently massage onto face using circular motions. Avoid the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. It contains acids, which may make the skin more sensitive to the sun. Can be used once or twice daily as tolerated. User Tip: Contains acids, which may make the skin more sensitive to the sun. We recommend the use of Multi-Protection Broad-Spectrum SPF 50 or Intellishade® when using this product. Not recommended for sensitive skin or dry skin types. If you have not used glycolic acid products in the past, it is recommended to use this once per day as tolerated by the skin. If your skin has acclimated to the product, you can increase to twice daily (morning and evening).

I found this product made my skin dry. I usually have combination skin/oily skin but daily use is too much. I only use it 2-3 times. Wouldn't repurchase but it's good enough to finish the bottle. A little goes a long way so find i will have this for awhile.

Definitely need to gradually increase to the recommended twice a day especially in dry winter months. Pretty drying. I do feel like it is helping my stubborn acne. Hoping with repeated use over time it will eliminate it as having acne in your 30s is just frustrating!

start slow
Let me start by saying that I do not have sensitive skin. It's fairly healthy and I rarely react to anything I use. The instructions say to use a nickel-sized amount 2x a day.. I used maybe a pea-sized amount twice a day for only two days and ended up so swollen, dry, peeling, terrible reaction. I looked similar to how I look after a chemical peel - it is that strong. Now that it's been a few weeks my skin calmed down (after 2+ weeks of dryness and breaking out - I never break out!) I've used it 1 or 2 times per week at night and it seems to be doing what it claims. My sun spots and melasma look better, my skin does look brighter, and it actually helped get rid of annoying milia that I've had under my eyes. So, I do love what it's doing, however, I would never recommend someone using this as directed. Start out SLOW and see how you react before using the full amount 2x a day.
