Apply liberally and spread evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply after swimming, excessive perspiring, or anytime after towel drying. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Use on children 6 months of age: consult a doctor.

Brightened my skin
I noticed that my skin us brighter after repeated use of maybe 3 weeks to a month. Now, you could just buy a vit c powder & use under your sunscreen. You don't have to buy this altho it's nice that it's preformulated for u & in opague packaging to protect it from light. I am a brown skinned african american & this dries down with a white cast, but I just use makeup over it, so it's not an issue. Also, my skin is dry, so I layer oil under & use oil/beeswax based foundations to counteract the dryness. If u have oily skin, this might be the perfect product for you.

Good, but not great
I've tried numerous sunscreens, and have decided to narrow the search to zinc oxide-based ones. This sunscreen is difficult to spread and pills like crazy. I've tried it with different moisturizers, and still found that I only have about 5 seconds to evenly distribute it on my face before it balls up. That being said, it definitely controls my oil, to the point that sometimes my face feels a little tight after applying it. This is a welcome change from the Elta MD one that would make my face greasy and sticky, but I wish I could find something that was in between the two.

really gotta act fast with this one- with perfect luminosity under natural lighting but matte to touch. tip: try not to layer too much serum/primer before applying this you might end up with a few clogged pores (erasable with toner/ a little extra exfoliation mostly fragrance free - would recommend this > the tinted version

I've tried a ton of sunscreens from drug store to high end and this is by far the best. It's creamy and moisturizing yet still lightweight and not greasy. No white cast and has zero finish. It's like you're not wearing anything and I'm diligent about wearing the recommended 1/4 tsp. I've been using it daily for a few weeks and I feel like it's helping to improve the tone of my skin as well. I'll be using this sunscreen till they stop making it. Love love love this product!!!

Either the product I received is defective or it just did not work for me. First I don't like the texture of this product. It's very thick and hard to spread onto skin. Second, it provides NO defense against the sun. My face was burnt in only half an hour's exposure to the sun. This had never happened before with other sunscreen products. Also it drys my skin and makes my face look very dull. I'll return it.

My HG sunscreen
I've tried other sunscreens, but always come back to this Replenix. I use it mainly on my neck and hands and a tinted sunscreen on my face. When I want to wear foundation I will use it on my face and it's a wonderful primer. It's not very emollient so I use a moisturizer underneath. Love the high zinc amount and antioxidants, too. Since I use it so much, I signed up for auto refill.
