I love this product. It's gentle, but provides me just enough moisture in the morning prior to sunscreen application. It also feels sort of like a primer to me. Very nice lightweight consistency, sort of mousse like. Also, I noticed that if my skin is sensitized or if I have a angry pimple that I shouldn't have picked...if I apply this at night, I will see a huge improvement the next day. It is a bit pricey, and I feel like I do go through it pretty quickly, but it's worth it to me. I have dehydrated, textured patches on my skin, but get oily in the t-zone. Using this in combination with a glycolic cream and retinol has improved my skin texture significantly. I am in mid 20's and have been using this for a few years now. Very happy.

One of my "must use" products now
If I use this at night prior to my Tazorac, I have a lot less flaking and irritation than without it. It's not tremendously hydrating; it's more of a treatment cream with a lighter texture. But sometimes will use it as a light moisturizer in the more humid summer months. Recommend!

Can't Use Retin-A Without This!
I heard about this cream on a dermatologist's blog to use in combination with prescription retin-a therapy. Then, the physician's assistant at my own dermatologist's office told me that she uses this exact cream in combination with her retin-a. I've never been able to tolerate retin-a in the past but let me tell you that I have had ZERO of the side effects associated with retin-a since using this cream.....I also have mild rosacea so it is a miracle that I can tolerate it. My nightly routine is to wash my face with a gentle cleanser, apply the Power of Three Cream, wait 15 minutes, apply my retin-a then go to bed. The Power of Three Cream acts as a gentle buffer and really makes my skin look great the next morning. No peeling, no redness, no itching......nothing but great skin!

Best Cream Ever
As a 65 year old male who has dealt with rosacea and sun damage and basil cell mohs surgeries and throw in a little seb derm to boot - I have been intolerant of every moisturizer I have ever tried from LaRochePosay to CeraVe to Obagi...until this. I tried the CF Cream which is an excellent product; however, it just did not provide any hydration for my skin. With this Power of Three Cream - I have actually witnessed actinic keratosis exfoliate themselves. It keeps my seb derm calm. It is calming to my rosacea. It is expensive but I am thankful to have this outstanding antioxidant/moisturizing cream. It totally and immediately absorbs into my 'thin' skin. Extremely emollient and soothing.

Wrong Ingredients equals Disappointment
To be fair, the cream was a lovely texture and did give a cooling sensation for almost the whole day. Unfortunately, the power of three cream I received was the old formulation. The ingredients were not the same as listed by derm store. When I called to correct this, dermstore reshipped the product, assuring me the newer formulation without the hylluronic acid in it (as listed on website). When the second product arrived, it was the old formulation again! Decided for a refund instead of trying again. I find the old formulation to be a bit drying, which could be the hylluronic acid ( as I've had trouble with other products that contain this acid), but it could also be a different ingredient. Also, if you are sensitive to caffeine, be warned that it does get absorbed into your system. I felt a bit wired for a couple hours after putting the cream on. That's all, I guess.
